Red = a show that was cancelled, or a festival from which Blue October cancelled
Blue = an apperance on a TV show

*In Spring of 2001 Justin played a series of 5591 show at Melagio in Austin with Amelia Logan and Joseph King, but I don't know the dates.

2000
Recording of Consent to Treatment album is completed in late 1999 and mixed in early 2000. Brant Coulter joins the band on lead guitar.

08/19/2000 - Not sure if it was the official Consent to Treatment release party/show but they played at the Fabulous Satellite Lounge in Houston that date.

No clue who the opener was either.

I know there were atleast 2 shows in Omaha, in 01. Sometime in January and in December. January was at the Ranchbowl and December was at the Musicbox. The January show was my first Blue show.
